Marshmallow Rolls

I really don't want to be a food blogger, but every once in a while I do find something good and want to share.

I came across a recipe for a dessert called Hocus Pocus or Resurrection Rolls. They are fairly simple.

Preheat oven to 350.
Line a cookie sheet (one with raised sides) with parchment paper
Dip a marshmallow in melted butter, then roll in (1-2 tsp cinnamon & 1/4 cup sugar)
Wrap in a crescent roll (one marshmallow per roll)
Bake for 12 minutes

This is the second time I made these and I made a few changes. I stirred the cinnamon & sugar into the melted butter (made for a little easier coating) and then once the rolls were done baking I spread the left over Cinnamon- Sugar Butter on the top of the rolls.

The blog that I read this recipe on called them Resurrection Rolls, and as you make them you read the story of Jesus & his Resurrection and the rolls have a tie in. It will of course become an Easter tradition once my kids are a little older.

My almost 4 year can't get enough & even my hubby (who doesn't like sweets) has eaten 3!

Stay Sweet!
